Eligibility - Eligibility Criteria For Admission In PG. Environmental Science (M.Sc. Environmental Science )
- Candidates who have passed the three year Bachelor’s degree regular / Hon’s examination of Rani Chanamma University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto, with the respective subject (Bachelor degree in subjects such as Chemistry/Physics/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Botany/Zoology/ Food Technology/ Home Science/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Food Science and Quality Control/ Clinical Nutrition/ Statistics, Geology, Life Sciences, Environment Sciences, Computer science, Fisheries, Marine science, Marine Biology, Horticulture, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Health Sciences or any branch of Engineering (BE - Civil engineering, Architecture, Environment etc.) and B. Tech Degree in Biotechnology / Agricultural Engineering) OR MBBS /Ayurvedic Medical sciences cognate subject or B.Sc., Cognate subject in any Biological science) as optional / major / special / main subject, are eligible for admission to the programme, provided they have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects and 50% (45% for SC/ST/Category I candidates) marks in the cognate subject.
- All the candidates should have Biology /Geology/Chemistry as one of the General subject at the 10+2 level. Admission shall be as per Government of Karnataka reservation policy and the directions issued in this regard from time to time.
